White-label that means something
Your hotel's app. Not our app with your logo on it.
Most "white-label" guest apps are a theme picker on someone else's SaaS. We build an actual iOS app under your hotel's name, submitted to the App Store by you or by us on your behalf.
What "white-label" means on most platforms
You fill in a form on Duve or Canary: upload a logo, pick two brand colours, write a welcome message. Guests then use an app called "Duve" or "Canary" with your logo somewhere on it, or a PWA hosted at something like yourhotel.duve.com.
That is not an app. That is a coat of paint.
What white-label means with us
A real iOS app submitted to Apple's App Store under your hotel's developer account (or ours, branded as yours). Specifically:
- Your app icon on the guest's home screen — not our logo.
- Your hotel name as the app name.
- Your brand palette throughout, rendered in native iOS 26 Liquid Glass.
- Your voice in the copy. Formal if you're a classic grand dame. Playful if you're Cassia. Thai-English bilingual if your guests are 40% Thai.
- Your App Clip card — the first impression of your brand on every guest's phone.
- Your room list, your services, your shift schedule. Not a generic "Housekeeping / Concierge / Room Service" tile set.
Why this matters for a boutique
If your competitive edge is service, a generic SaaS wrapper dilutes it. The first thing your guest sees shouldn't be a vendor name — it should be yours. White-label done properly is free marketing every time a guest scans the door.
FAQ
- Who owns the App Store listing?
- You do, or we can hold it on your behalf and hand it over at any time. Your choice at kickoff.
- Can we update copy ourselves?
- Yes — copy lives in a structured format so we can push text-only updates without a re-review by Apple. Visual or structural changes go through a normal release.
- What if we rebrand?
- Rebranding is a major release for us too. Usually a week of work — new icon, new palette, new TestFlight build, new App Store update.
