Short version: this site does not track you, and the product we sell does not ship guest data to a cloud.
This website
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta pixels, HotJar, or any third-party script that profiles visitors. No cookies are set by us. Your visit to this page is logged only at the edge of whatever CDN serves it (standard access logs — IP, user-agent, path — kept briefly for debugging).
The product
The iOS app we build for hotels is designed so that guest data — names, requests, chat messages, images — stays on two local devices (the guest phone and the hotel iPad). Nothing is transmitted to a cloud operated by us.
For any data-protection questions a Data Protection Officer might ask, the practical answer is: we are not a data processor for your hotel because we do not receive or store guest data in a system we control.
Contacting us
When you reach out through the contact page, we receive whatever you sent (an email, a Telegram message, etc.) and keep the conversation for as long as it takes to respond and follow up. Nothing more.
