Most of what this product is isn't a license — it's service. Setup, brand customisation, a real App Store submission, staff training, and the part we care about most: getting it right for your hotel, not a generic room list.
Why we don't publish a number
Every property we've looked at has a different shape: 12-room villa, 40-room boutique, 180-room resort. The amount of work in brand customisation, copy voice, local language, door signage, and desk-side training doesn't scale linearly with rooms. Neither should the price.
So we ask you first.
Starts from what a boutique can afford
If you're running a 10–40 room independent hotel, the number is almost certainly less than the next tablet refresh you were considering. We'd rather do a good job for a small property than quote a resort-sized fee for a villa-sized room list.
Scales to what a resort actually needs
If you're a 200+ room resort that wants Thai and English, branded staff onboarding, and a specific route for spa bookings, that's more work. We'll tell you what it takes.
What's always included

What's never included
- Cloud hosting fees. There is no cloud.
- Per-seat licenses. Your staff isn't charged per tap.
- Surprise usage fees. Guests can order all the water they want.
